Terms of use
These terms apply to the use of this site and to the CyberVision guided trial. Contracted use of the platform is governed by the signed agreement between the parties, which prevails over this text in case of conflict.

Use of the site
The content of this site is informational and may change at any time. Feature descriptions reflect the platform as of the publication date and do not, on their own, constitute a contractual obligation.
Trademarks, text, layout, and product imagery belong to CyberSeven and may not be reproduced without authorization.
Forms and contact
By submitting a form, you state that the information given is accurate and that you have authority to request contact on behalf of the company named. Submission creates no contractual relationship and no obligation to supply on CyberSeven’s part.
Guided trial
The trial is free, requires no credit card, and takes place before any signature. Its duration and scope are defined on the activation call and recorded in writing.
At the end of the period, access ends if no contract is signed, and the report of what was found is delivered to the customer.
Scan authorization
Security scanning is performed only on assets the customer declares owning or being authorized to submit for testing, with formal authorization from whoever is legally accountable for the company.
The customer is responsible for obtaining third-party authorization when the environment includes assets hosted or administered by vendors. Testing an asset without authorization is prohibited and ends the trial.
Limits of liability
The platform identifies exposures and known vulnerabilities within the authorized scope. No security tool eliminates the risk of incidents, and CyberSeven does not warrant the absence of undetected or not-yet-public flaws.
Carrying out the recommended fixes and deciding whether to accept, mitigate, or transfer each risk remain with the customer, except for services expressly contracted under the managed plan.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district of CyberSeven’s headquarters are elected to settle any disputes arising from them.
