Who the controller is

CyberSeven is the controller of personal data processed on this website and of customer account data for the CyberVision platform. For data from a customer’s monitored environment, CyberSeven acts as processor, handling it according to the instructions and scope set out in the contract.

Data collected on this site

When you submit one of the site’s forms, we collect the data you provide: name, work email, company, phone when given, the reason for contact, and any message written.

• Legal basis: consent, given by ticking the authorization box, and legitimate interest in responding to a commercial request you initiated.
• Purpose: replying to your contact, scheduling the activation call, and sending the requested proposal.
• Retention: up to 365 days after the last contact, or until you request deletion.
• Sharing: only with infrastructure providers needed to host the site and deliver messages, under confidentiality obligations.

What this site does not do

This site uses no advertising cookies, performs no cross-site tracking, and shares no data with ad networks. There is no behavioral profiling and no sale of data to third parties, under any circumstances.

Data processed in the CyberVision platform

During the trial and contracted operation, the platform collects technical data from the authorized environment: asset inventory, published services, software versions in use, exposure configuration, and applicable known vulnerabilities.

The platform does not sweep mailboxes, working files, or customer databases on its own. Suspicious-message analysis runs only on content a user voluntarily pastes into the assistant for checking.

The monitoring scope is agreed in writing before any scan and depends on authorization from whoever is legally accountable for the customer company.

Your rights

Brazil’s LGPD gives you the right to confirm that processing exists, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymization or deletion, request portability, withdraw consent, and obtain information about sharing.

Requests sent to contato@cyberseven.tech are answered within 15 days.

Security and changes

We apply technical and organizational controls to protect the data we process, including encryption in transit, need-based access restriction, and logging of administrative access.

If this policy changes materially, the update date at the top changes and, for active customers, notice is sent by email.
